Heritage Halal Market is a family-owned butcher and grocery shop in the heart of East Atlanta, built on legacy, faith, and community.
For more than 32 years, this space was known as AlMadina Market. In 2022, an unexpected opportunity gave our family the chance to carry that legacy forward. Within 30 days, we made the decision, completed the purchase, and stepped in to run the business—all without ever closing the doors.
We were learning as we went, committed to honoring what came before us while shaping something new for the future.
